Control Administrative Assistant

What you will do

As a Control and Administrative assistant, you will be involved on a daily basis with:

• Data registration for vendors and customers;
• Manage Accounts Payable reconciliation and ensure completeness of invoice bookings;
• Manage cost and expense accruals;
• Perform the full scope of month-end financial closing process;
• Prepare journal entries for both recurring and one-time GL adjustments;
• Prepare various reports for management reporting;
• Sales & Cost validation and profit analysis;
• Sales invoicing;
• Master data registration for vendors and customers;
• Administrative support in day-to-day operational tasks, queries & issues.

Who you are

• Experience with administrative tasks;
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods;
• Good organizational and time management skills;
• Proficient in both Dutch and English language;
• Knowledge of excel;
• A healthy dose of humour.
