Customer Service Representative

We have currently an open position as Customer Service Representative. In this very interactive function you will work in close collaboration with our external customers, as well as with several departments within the company such as Sales, Supply Chain, Transport, Production, Quality, .... You will be in charge of the Order to Cash process and be part of an enthusiast and dynamic team.

Wat ga jij doen

• Process orders effectively and accurately in SAP including check with Supply Chain / Production/ Warehouse / Transport
• Verify incoming orders on quantity and availability
• Inform customers about the best delivery dates and possible anomalies
• Follow-up back order list
• Supply the customer with documentation
• Follow-up existing customer contracts on take-off and validity period
• Communicate all packaging issues to the customer and follow up
• Solve payment issues linked to incorrect invoices

Wie zoeken wij

• A good knowledge of Dutch and English.
• Good communication and negation skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Experience in order intake and first line customer support is a plus
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
