Finance Specialist

What are you going to do?

For this position, your responsibilities will be, but not be limited to, the following, 

• Process invoices checking and booking. 
• Handle daily bank reconciliation. 
• Track AR and collect payment. 
• Arrange payment orders. 
• Set up and manage customer/supplier accounts.
• Assist with company’s monthly and annually financial analysis and report. 
• Assist with cash flow forecast and management. 
• Coordinate and communicate with internal operation teams, suppliers, customers. 
• Other assignments by managements. 

Who are we looking for? 

• Degree in finance or accounting related.
• Newly graduated or 1-2 years of related experience.  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Good organizational skills, strong analytical skills, and detail oriented. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent knowledge of Exact Online system will be a plus.
• Be able to write and speak in English and Dutch.
