Inside Sales Representative

We have currently an open position as Customer Service Representative. In this very interactive function you will work in close collaboration with our external customers, as well as with several departments within the company such as Sales, Supply Chain, Transport, Production, Quality, .... You will be in charge of the Order to Cash process and be part of an enthusiast and dynamic team.

Univar Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative. In this position you report to our Sales Manager and you are involved in the telephone sales of chemical products. With your excellent commercial skills, you are able to win customers for Univar.

• You are responsible for the telephone acquisition of potential customers and the development of the customer relationship with existing customers.
• You are responsible for a positive development of your region and/or product portfolio for, among other things, turnover, volume and margin.
• You take care of the telephone customer contact, both in- and outbound.
• You take care of processing the current customer and product information in various systems.

Wie zoeken wij

• HBO working and thinking level.
• Experience in an inside sales position.
• Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
• Knowledge of office package and affinity with programs, such as SAP and SF.
