Role description

As Junior Business Developer you’ll join a hybrid-working team, be up for some international travel, and work closely with the global Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
  • Support and help improve commercial planning and processes. 
  • Perform analyses, reports and translate these into actions. 
  • Create proposals for improvement and be involved in the implementation. 
  • Supporting sales: You’ll be the key support person for the commercial team, enabling them to spend as much time as possible with customers. You’ll be an important link to Key Account Management and our value-based selling approach. 
  • Ambassador for One Svensson:  We are a global organisation and together we form One Svensson. You will work closely with colleagues in our other markets such as US/Can, Latam, China as well as our Head Office in Sweden. 

Your profile

  • A people person who easily interacts with colleagues.
  • Strong organisational, communication & influencing skills.  
  • Hands on, converting analysis into action.
  • Curious and willing to learn, you’re enthusiastic to grow and improve with us.
  • Just as able to work in a team, as to work independently.
  • Holds a University Bachelor’s Degree or Business School
  • Commercial (B2B) experience is a plus but not a demand if you come straight from University or Business School.
  • Affinity with horticulture and/or technology is a plus.
  • It is an advantage if you are familiar with CRM tools (we use Salesforce)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Dutch and English. Additional language skills like German, French, Spanish is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel — mainly within Europe but also Americas and Asia
