Operation Support Assistant

Are you an experienced operational support assistant looking for a new challenge? LX Pantos Logistics is one of the largest logistic companies in the world, and we are currently seeking someone to help with the daily tasks of our business operations in Tilburg.

What you will do

For our office in Tilburg, we are looking for an experienced operational support assistant to help with the daily tasks of the operations of the business. Your tasks will include checking proof of delivery documents. You are also encouraged to come propose ways to improve methods where you see necessary. In order to succeed at this role, you should be a critical thinker and a team player. 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Operation support;
• Make reports;
• Check working hours;
• Book invoices;
• Administrative tasks;
• Contact with external parties;
• POD checking. 

Who you are

• Experience with administrative tasks;
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods;
• Good organizational and time management skills;
• Proficient in both Dutch and English language;
• Knowledge of excel;
• A healthy dose of humour.
