Paralegal Intern

As a Paralegal Intern you work closely with our Compliance Director, supporting on drafting and implementing legal documentation. You will deal with sensitive matters and work with senior stakeholders. So, if you are punctual, reliable plus have a passion for legal, then this is your job!

What you'll do

In a small, dynamic and international team you will manage a broad range of activities such as:

• Researches legal issues, identifying relevant authorities, analyzing and summarizing findings.
• Drafts and reviews documents (contracts, agreements, structure, etc.) ensuring compliance.
• Manages projects, coordinates activities, monitoring timely and correct follow up.
• Provides hands on support to colleagues on legal matters, foresees in guidance and training.
• Develops and implements processes and procedures for research and document management.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of legal developments and changes in laws and regulations.
