Merch.Music rocketship to space
You will be working with a team of like-minded enthusiasts on finding and onboarding new customers for our latest addition to Helloprint's family - Merch.Music. Merch.Music is an e-commerce app aimed at artists and music industry professionals all across the globe. We aim at making merch effortless and sustainable, and we need you to help us expand our customer base with the new artists and music labels.
As a Customer Success Intern, you will be working closely with the Merch team and be responsible for identifying and initiating discussions with artists and management as part of our artist acquisitions strategy. It's your job to guide the artist and ultimately get them to the point where they’re generating revenue using Merch.Music solutions.
Day-by-day you will use your network, knowledge and our internal and external tools to identify artists who would benefit from our Merch app. By carrying out first discussions with the artists and their team, you will be able to identify their needs and offer the right solution.
What you do
- Source and identify artists to support our artist acquisition strategy;
- Discover new artists through internal and external A&R data tools, websites, streaming services and develop new ways to evaluate unsigned talent;
- Manage and update our sales CRM;
- Represent Merch.Music at industry events;
- Contribute to the continued development of the Merch.Music artist acquisition strategy;
- Onboard new artists and make sure their journey with us is as smooth as possible.
What we're looking for
You are currently following a Bachelor or Master in Business/Communication/Entrepreneurship; please note that being enrolled throughout the entire internship period is a hard requirement!
You are available full-time, for at least 5-6 months. We only do hands-on internships with content interns who are totally committed to the job. You can do your research with us, but writing your reports should happen during your own time;
You understand the artists and are passionate about the music industry;
You have first-hand experience of the music industry as an artist or an interest in the music business - preferred but not hard requirement;
You are a real team player and true addition to our super fun team;
You are willing to learn, grow, adapt, and work hard;
You are a proactive and target-focused self-starter who is not afraid of multitasking;
You are creative, data-driven and have great communication skills;
You speak and write English fluently (please, submit your CV and cover letter in English)
