What will you do as a technical SEA specialist (medior)?

You’ll build and optimize Google Ads (and Microsoft Ads) campaigns to our highest standard, no compromises.

As a senior strategist at Flowboost, you don’t just push Google Ads data—you use your strong knowledge of Product Feeds, CMS systems, CRMs, and CRO to genuinely help clients move forward.

Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns based on CPL/ROAS, but ideally MER. You’ll report these results effectively through our unique reporting templates.

With your wealth of experience, you listen carefully to what clients want, but often know better what’s truly good for them. You look beyond SEA, guiding clients with their overall marketing mix while keeping a close eye on their goals.

You leverage the skills within the team, assigning tasks to Junior and Medior specialists where needed, possibly in close cooperation with your Team Lead.

You know how crucial tracking is for campaign success. You don't need to handle anything tracking related yourself (but if you feel confident you can), you’ll collaborate with our tracking specialist.

Implement our unique add-ons, which make a key difference in conversions. Our tracking specialist will support you where necessary.

You’ll choose a Minor to expand your expertise beyond Google Ads (think JavaScript, Leadership, Tracking, Sales, CRO, or something else), preparing you for future growth within Flowboost. Perhaps you’ll even grow into a team lead role!

What do we expect from you?

At least 2 years of experience as a SEA strategist.

Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, product feeds and CRM systems.

Strong analytical skills focused on CPL/ROAS optimization.

Business knowledge and an entrepreneurial mindset.

A passion for diving into performance data and finding growth opportunities.

Having a hands-on mindset is by far the most important.

What can you expect from us?

100% travel expense reimbursement, 8% holiday pay, unlimited holidays, pension contribution, equity participation opportunities, free food and drinks all day, team and activities, and Friday drinks.

Salary of €45,000 – €60,000 per year (medior), senior up to €72.000 per year.

A fantastic (new) workspace at our Rotterdam office, combined with trips to our second office in Valencia. You can regularly work from home, but we expect you to be in the office three days a week (especially in the first year) to collaborate closely with the team.

Flowboost

At Flowboost, you’ll only manage around 4-8 strong accounts (depending on your experience). For Google-only clients, you’ll work mostly independently, but you’ll also collaborate with our social & tracking specialists on various cases. With your expertise, you naturally look beyond the Google Ads interface. You’ll be responsible for SEA results and report directly to your team lead.
