As a Financial Services Specialist, you contribute to the financial health of our clients. HealthLink Europe, part of Base Logistics Group, is headquartered in ‘s-Hertogenbosch. We are an international organization specializing in warehousing, logistics, and value-added services for high-standard medical devices. Our customers choose us for the high level of service and quality we provide. Our Financial Services team plays a crucial role in this! Financial Services is part of the Customer Service Department and currently consists of 13 colleagues, divided into different clients and specialties, such as fiscal representation, accounts receivable and financial reporting.

Together with your colleagues, you have an important role in the order-to-cash process, mainly focused on the billing process and, together with your senior, maintaining and developing the partnership with our strategic client Insulet. You will utilize your knowledge of financial processes, logistics and fiscal requirements to act as professional associate in the Insulet financial team and work together with your team members in delivering high quality service.

Furthermore, your responsibilities include:

Maintaining customer master data.
Creating credit, debit and pro forma invoices.
Supporting the client with invoice queries.
Diligently providing data for audit support.
Performing other financial tasks in SAP and Exact Globe.
Identifying improvements opportunities in financial processes.

Wie zoeken wij

Minimum of higher professional education (HBO).
A few years of experience in a similar role.
Proficient in both Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
Experience in financial processes, especially in SAP, is a clear advantage.
Analytical and pragmatic mindset.

Presenting a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is part of the employment procedure.
