Are you the logistics linchpin who ensures everything runs smoothly?

Mainport Warehousing BV, part of NeeleVat Logistics, specializes in cross-docking non-food and food cargo for short-sea destinations. We unload pallets from trucks and load them into destination containers that are transported via the port terminal.

As FTL Planner Benelux, you ensure that our trucks are deployed efficiently for trips within the Benelux. You maintain oversight, act quickly, and make sure our customers are satisfied—every single day.

What will you do

Create daily an efficient FTL planning schedule for transports within the Benelux
Act as the point of contact for our drivers and support them when needed
Monitor trips and intervene in case of delays or disruptions
Maintain direct contact with customers regarding deliveries
Contribute ideas for route optimization and cargo space utilization
Register trip and customer data in our TMS-system
Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements

Who are we looking for

HBO level of education, preferably in logistics
At least 2 years of experience as a transport planner (preferably in FTL)
Good knowledge of the Benelux region and driving/rest time regulations
You are stress-resistant, quick to respond, and solution-oriented
Clear communicator in both Dutch and English
Experience with TMS-systems such as Transics or Ortec
