Group Tender Engineer

• Site Engagement: Willingness to engage with internal stakeholders and visit operational sites as part of your induction and continuous development.

Your background:

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and operational data
• 2 to 5 years of work experience, preferably in the maritime, dredging or B2B industry
• Experience in tendering and the bid process is a plus
• Good interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Highly proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel abroad

Career Development:

You will work closely and be immersed in our industry with the Senior Tender Manager and will be mentored by the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

This role offers a clear development path: within 9 to 18 months, you will be supported to grow into an independent Tender Manager role, where you will take full ownership of tender submissions and be a business partner for all departments within Smit Lamnalco.
