Internships generally last at least three months and offer real responsibility. Many interns later continue at NIBC as analysts.

The one-year Talent Program is designed for bachelor’s and master’s graduates starting their first professional role. It combines working in your own position with personal, professional and technical development.
Onboarding
Start with an intensive introduction to NIBC, the banking business and your international group of fellow young professionals.
Personal development plan
Together with your manager and coach, you determine a development plan tailored to your personal, professional and technical ambitions.
Learning by doing
Group training, practical cases and hands-on exercises help you develop skills that you can immediately apply in your daily work.
Coaching
One-on-one coaching helps you reflect on your strengths, development areas and ambitions throughout the programme.
Personal budget
Participants receive a personal budget that can support further development and professional learning.
