You are the first contact for our customers via phone, email, and chat;

You help customers find the right product and service by proactively helping them online and offline;

You provide service with a smile and practice our most important core value: ‘Think like a customer'.

What are we looking for?

You are fluent in English, both verbally and written;

You are doing a bachelor's or master's degree and you can provide a University agreement;

You are available for a minimum period of 20 weeks;

Experience in Customer Service is a plus!;

Also, speaking Dutch is a plus

Solution-oriented mindset and you excel in problem-solving in a creative way;

A dynamic and flexible personality;

Willingness to relocate or already Valencia based.
