What are you going to do

You can choose one of the 4 internship assignments:

Business assignments

1. Improving business processes between internal suppliers and internal customers within A-Gouda

• How do we ensure that the processes are optimally organized
• How do we ensure good internal handover between department (i.e. ME to WorkPrep/SCM)

2. Setting up a working method for supplier documents used for O&M manuals.

• Explore the possibility of automation in the ASAP system
• Reduction of effort in document collection

Mechanical engineering assignments

3.    Engineering quality improvement.

• Make / support in making quality check list for the machine. 
• Identify the type / cause of repetitive engineering nonconformity and suggest an improvement plan.
• Identify the inconsistency in the way of working of ME and make guidelines.
• Investigate the possibility of reduction of efforts (time & cost) to create O&M manual.
• Investigate the possibility of reduction of design hours for conveyors.

4.    Increasing the effectiveness of service order.
